What I learned about chocolates

 

1.   The most expensive chocolate is Ameedi.

2.  There are 3 kinds of chocolate beans:  Criollo, Forastero, Trinitario.

3.  White chocolates do not qualify as chocolate because it does not have cacao liquor.

4.  You can only call a chocolate a chocolate if it contains coco liquor and at least 5 % cacao butter.

5.  The Swiss are the number one chocolate eaters.  They like white chocolates which are milky.

6.  The British are the second chocolate lovers,  followed by the Irish.

6.  Belgian chocolates are creamier.

7. When you see the word VANILLIN in the ingredient of a chocolate bar,  do not buy it because vanillin is not vanilla.  It’s a chemical.

8. Best to preserve chocolates in the freezer.  They can last for 7 -10 years if kept frozen.

9.  Chocolates contain seratonin which makes us happy.    A person who has an imbalanced level of seratonin may lead to  depression.

10.  Brazil used to be the #1 producer of cocoa beans but fungus attacked their trees.

11. The high that one gets from eating a good chocolate is similar to what you get from kisses.    (Hmmm,  pwede)

12.   Chocolate is better than   s     e     x   (Hmmm,  no one agreed).

    Thanks for the info dami ko na tutunan. last time I tried to compare the same brand of chocolate I bought here and the one I bougth in switzerland magkaiba ung taste. They told me na ung chocolate here sa middle east my halong ibang chemicals para di mag melt agad kasi mainit ung weather dito. niot sure if true pero the taste talaga is different.
    I will bring you chocolates pagumuwi ako next month para ma try nyo po.
